Wolf Method

Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 June 2026

These are the terms that apply when you use thewolfmethod.com or buy the breakdown. By using the site or buying the breakdown, you agree to them. Plain English; not buried.

Who we are

Wolf Method is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. Contact: info.wolfmethod@gmail.com.

What the breakdown is

The breakdown is a personal written analysis of your responses to the six intake questions. It is written by hand using the Wolf Method frameworks and delivered to your email within 24-48 hours of you submitting the intake.

The breakdown is a reflection tool. It is not:

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are at risk of harm to yourself or others, please contact a qualified professional or your local crisis support service immediately.

Price and payment

The breakdown costs £25 GBP, payable via Stripe at checkout. Payment is taken upfront. After payment, you will be directed to the six-question intake form. The breakdown is delivered after you submit the intake.

Refunds and cancellation

Because the breakdown is a personalised digital service that we begin preparing as soon as you submit your intake, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ends once we begin work on your breakdown.

Before you submit the intake form: if you change your mind, email info.wolfmethod@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment and we will refund you in full.

After the breakdown has been delivered: no refunds, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Age

You must be 18 years or older to buy the breakdown. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18.

What you do with the breakdown

The breakdown is for your personal use. You may share it privately with anyone you choose. You may not republish it, sell it, or distribute it commercially without our written permission. The frameworks and language we use to write breakdowns remain the intellectual property of Wolf Method.

Limitation of liability

We put real care into making the breakdown thoughtful, useful, and accurate to what you've shared. However:

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Email communications

When you sign up via the quiz, we send you your saboteur result and ongoing emails from Wolf Method. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Unsubscribing does not affect the delivery of any breakdown you have paid for.

Site availability

We aim to keep the site available and the funnel functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally pause new sign-ups or breakdown purchases when our queue is full. When this happens, you will see a notice on the breakdown page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged in our emails before they affect any active breakdowns.
