Privacy Policy

This is the plain-English version of how Wolf Method handles your data. It covers what we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can do about any of it under UK GDPR.

Who we are

Wolf Method is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. The data controller is the business owner, reachable at info.wolfmethod@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you take the saboteur quiz: your first name, your email address, and your answers to the five quiz questions (which determine your saboteur result).

When you buy and complete the breakdown: your payment information (processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details), and your answers to the six intake questions. These answers include personal reflections on emotional and behavioural patterns, which is sensitive content. We treat it accordingly.

When you email us or reply to our emails: the content of your message, your email address, and whatever metadata your email provider includes.

What we do not collect: location data, health data, biometric data, your browsing history, or anything from third-party tracking services. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any similar tracking. If we add any of these in future, this policy will be updated and a cookie banner will appear before they go live.

Why we collect it

• To send you your saboteur result and the breakdown you've paid for.
• To send you the weekly Wolf Method emails you signed up for.
• To take payment and meet UK tax and accounting record-keeping requirements.
• To reply to you when you contact us.

Lawful basis

We process your data under the following lawful bases (UK GDPR Article 6):

• Consent — for marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Contract — for delivering the breakdown you've paid for.
• Legal obligation — for keeping the records UK tax law requires.

Who else sees your data

We use a small number of third-party services to actually run things:

• MailerLite — our email platform. Sends your saboteur emails and weekly Wolf Method emails. MailerLite privacy policy.
• Stripe — our payment processor for the £25 audit. Handles all card data; we never see it. Stripe privacy policy.
• FormSubmit — delivers your six intake answers from the form into our email inbox. FormSubmit privacy policy.
• Hostinger — our website host. Hostinger privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever. The list above is the complete list of who sees what.

How long we keep it

• Your email address and quiz response: until you unsubscribe, at which point we remove you from active mailing.
• Your intake answers and the breakdown we send you: up to 3 years, as part of our record of work delivered.
• Your payment records: 6 years, as required by UK tax law (HMRC).

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's inaccurate
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict how we process your data
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Wolf Method does not set any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies of its own. The only cookies on this site come from essential third-party services (Stripe at checkout, MailerLite for form submissions) and are necessary for those services to function. If we add analytics or any tracking in future, this policy will be updated and you will see a cookie consent banner before it goes live.

Age

Wolf Method is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged in our emails before they take effect.
